I had a terrible experience with Edreams and have never used them since and I urge others to AVOID EDREAMS. I was living in Romania and I was moving overseas. I ordered and paid upfront for my flight tickets, they took my money and then sent me emails asking that I pay them more money for 'hidden fees' or else my tickets would be cancelled without a refund. Booked a ticket from Johannesburg, South Africa,to Sao Paulo, Brazil Return. The confirmed amount to be debited was $1 796.10. When I was billed, and converted my billed amount by the bank by the exchange rate, it turns out I was billed about $1886.10. they are third party booking agent that show you a total and when you hit pay now, they sneak in their exorbitant fee, too late to cancel. Search the internet the list of complaints never ends. Its in their fine print, makes them legal. They have been doing this for years. STAY AWAY from eDreams. Notice their ratings always have a response with their excuses. I contacted your company to change a flight a few days ago. No need to say that I had to call 10 times. Your operators are so rude, and, really? All Indians? Cheaper? Disgusting. I booked flights to Europe (at considerable expense) then had to cancel my booking. Following instructions FROM eDreams, I cancelled the airline as directed by eDreams. Hello I booked a flight with edreams but on 1 of the passengers something went wrong so I rang up and they said they would refund my money but I still haven't got it
