I've made a purchase flight travel via E-Dreams (bought at 16 January 2020) with reference 493538**** (Alitália: IPOBZQ) to travel to Egipt (Lisbon-Rome-Cairo) between April 01 2020 and (return) April 09 2020.
Due to the evolution in Italy, Portugal, Europe and other countries abroad of Coronavirus it will not be possible for me anymore to get the flight. Local Portuguese authorities have ordered the suspension of all air traffic to / from Italy.
So i would like to cancel my reservation and request a full refund for my ticket.
If it is not possible, for any reason, to have a full refund then i would like to have a voucher equal to the value of the ticket obtained, valid for 1 year, to fly to any destination served by Alitalia.
I've tried to contact eDreams Services several times by phone, past days, but they never get to answer the calls. The only moment i reached to talk to an assistant he was rude, absurd, did not listened to me, didn't responded my questions.
A real nightmare. Also the e-mail provided in the front page of the website (customerservice-en@***.edreams.com) it's not working anymore!
User's recommendation: Worst costumer online/telephone service in my life.
