On 12.17.14 I purchased a ticket on edreams.net for travel. I filtered my search for flights with only one stop and travel time less than 8hours.

I had a few options and behold every one of them indicated travel times on the right most column stating travel duration in the 4-5hour range. I picked my flights and went on to enter my debit card information and purchased my tickets. The itinerary summary that comes up on the page where you enter your credit card information just has a summary of the itinerary and no details. After I purchased my ticket, I received an email with my detailed flight itinerary and my return flight was a 26hour plus travel duration on return.

I called immediately and asked that my flight be changed or refunded. Changing the flight could not happen for whatever reason and the representative I was speaking to was incompetent. I asked for a manager or supervisor and he said basically that cannot be done and I have to speak with him. I asked for a refund and I was told a portion of my money would be returned which was the airline fare however Edreams processing fee will have to go through a claims process to determine if refund can be made.

I was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. I haven't seen a refund come yet and neither have I heard back from their claims department about refunding the companies processing fee after submitting several emails to them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $543.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

eDreams Cons: Customer service, Their no refund policy, Price deception, Wrong booking info.

Refer to my response through the Better Business Bureau. I do not need a voucher from you all!

I need my total refund meaning the edreams processing fee as well.

I am not paying for an error on your part with advertising falsely of a travel time of 4-5 hours when it was truly 26 hours.

Keep your 30Euro and give me my $29.98 balance. In fact that is cheaper and I save you all money.
