Hi!
The reason for this message is to inform you that I was charged again with the amount of 89.99 euros even though I closed and canceled the account, respectively the annual subscription.
In 2023, after purchasing a plane ticket, I closed the account and unsubscribed from the eDreams Prime facilities. Last year I was charged again, but the money was returned to my account after I managed to contact you.
Today, I managed to get in touch again by phone with a support consultant who confirmed all of the above and the fact that the amount of 89.99 euros should not have been withdrawn from my account. I also contacted the bank, telling me that the charging request came from eDreams Prime and there was no error on their part.
I would like to request a refund of the amount that was debited without my consent and without benefiting from your services, as well as an assurance from you that such cases will not occur again in the future.
I wanted to attach the proof of the charge where you can find all the details you need but i need a valid email adress.

eDreams! You've been scamming me for a whole year!
A year ago, I got stuck in Tel Aviv during the war of October 7th. My flight that was scheduled for that day was cancelled, understandably. Consequently, I bought a ticket at eDreams with Turkish Airlines for the 9th of October. I specifically purchased it with full refund insurance because I understood that the situation in the country was unstable.
Still, I needed to return to work from my vacation. As I anticipated, the flight was indefinitely delayed and subsequently cancelled, so I'm not sure. However, I purchased the ticket with a refund, so I was confident I could reclaim my money. I spoke to Turkish Airlines, and they reassured me that I qualify for the refund, even without eDreams insurance.
However, since I purchased the ticket through a third party, I had to apply for compensation through them too! So, I did! I tried repeatedly to contact them but eDreams totally ignored me. They would only communicate when I posted negative comments here.
I wasted a lot of time, energy, and money on international calls. I have already spent 48 euros calling the UK call center! So, eventually, out of the initial 340 euros, they only reimbursed me 140 euros! There was no compensation or anything.
As an unsettling, dark, ironic mockery of the entire sad event and all the stress I have undergone - including the war - they rebooked me, without my consent, for that flight - a year later with Turkish Airlines! From Tel Aviv to Vilnius on 9th October 2024, a year after the war! Is this a joke, eDreams? Are you serious?
I am no longer in Tel Aviv and I have no plans to return! There's a war in the country. Moreover, I don't need that ticket a year later, which you insist I can't cancel because I verified it! I didn't confirm it!
The only reason I discovered it is because I saw it in my Google calendar.
Can I sue over this? Because at this point, it's becoming re-traumatizing and psychologically damaging, not just irritating!

However, the AirAsia airport assistant informed us that the flight was full and that our names were not on the passenger list. We were not given any explanation or alternative by the airline, and we were denied boarding. This last-minute issue left us with no usable alternative and caused measurable financial damage, including: A non-refundable Komodo Island tour $256.19 USD Accommodation costs at Dejavu 2.0 Hotel Bajo Komodo IDR 1,079,920 All relevant documents, including booking confirmations and proof of financial losses, are attached for your review. As the booking was made and confirmed through eDreams, we hold you accountable for ensuring that valid tickets were provided.
Since the service paid for was not delivered, and no alternative or timely notification was given, we expect a full refund of the total ticket cost ($270.83 USD). Please process the refund promptly or advise us on the next steps. If unresolved, we are prepared to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.

I purchased a ticket 10 days before departure and received confirmation and an airline reference number. In the end, nothing was existing, even the day before departure.
I received emails that everything was in order, but at the airport, everything was non-existent. There were no flight, no reservation, and no booking.
I called E-Dreams immediately; they responded, said that they would escalate the issue and perhaps resolve it after 4-5 days. Unbelievable!

I bought tickets from Busanga to Cebu Philippines, unfortunately, although I did not receive confirmation of the ticket reservation, I had a problem checking in at all because I was sent a link that was supposedly inactive for check-in, the airlines listed as the operator in this country did not exist and no one had heard of them so it was funnier 12 hours after the alleged flight I received plane ticket numbers so stay away from them, they are extorting money

But again e dream takes again from the bank account euros 64.56 ( Ganga KC Kandel ) cardholders name she is my girlfriend. So i need that amount please as soon as possible

There is no way of accessing a supposed 'prime membership' and canceling. I tried contacting customer support and continue to get redirected.
I continue to get billed through my PayPal account and because they identify as a 'legit' company and pulled from my account a year ago, this is supposed evidence of consistency and PayPal cannot report it as fraud. I tried going on their website to create and access my account and try canceling, but it is very difficult to find and I fear I'm stuck in this prime membership fee.
