I am a Prime Plus member. I just used my Refund Voucher (Value: £182.46) for a booking that cost £65.97.
The remaining balance of £116.49 has disappeared.
This is a REFUND voucher for my own money, not a discount code.
You have no legal right to void the remaining £116.49.
Please reissue a new voucher for £116.49 or refund it to my card immediately. I need these funds for my return flight from Palanga today.

Caro eDreams,
abbiamo fatto un viaggio negli Stati Uniti d'America, dai nostri cugini. La partenza è avvenuta regolarmente, come da prenotazione su eDreams.
Al nostro ritorno, quando abbiamo controllato il biglietto, abbiamo notato una modifica indesiderata nei posti riservati. La prenotazione era stata effettuata a giugno con il numero di prenotazione eDreams: 236********. E ci siamo ritrovati dalle prime file alle ultime file dell'aereo. E i posti riservati e pagati da giugno 2025 di due anziani (probabilmente provenienti dal terzo mondo, dove noi mediterranei siamo entrati) erano stati occupati da giovani senza problemi.
Nonostante avessimo chiesto 3 ore prima di salire a bordo di assegnarci i nostri posti, ci hanno risposto che questa è la politica dell'agenzia. Quindi la politica per due anziani che hanno pagato il viaggio con 3 mesi di anticipo, di viaggiare senza la certezza di poter annullare non solo il loro posto, ma anche i loro diritti sul biglietto. Dove stiamo andando, cari bambini? Dagli anni '90 viaggiamo con eDreams, ma non ci è mai successo.
Potete verificarlo. Abbiamo fatto un viaggio meraviglioso, tra i nostri cari in America. E poi, per un incidente come questo siamo tornati con il cuore spezzato. Pensiamo che dovreste prendere in considerazione il nostro caso e non ignorarlo.
Non sappiamo quanti giorni ci restano in questo mondo, ma il rispetto per ciò che ci appartiene deve essere fino alla fine. Biglietti allegati.

the cancellacion of a no authorized suscipcion was done. I do not know -and I have no time to find out- Edrams Prime understood I authorised a subscription in its Prime programme.
To cancel it took me many days. Verify you are not adhering to any programme with Edreams before finishing your business with them.
Since the beginning of this year 2026 I am trying to cancel my Edreams Prime subscription. It is impossible to cancel on Edreams website. They have a phone number in Spain that delay hours to attend you, and it is very expensive if you don't live in Spain.
I hope somebody can guide me to overcome this problem

1. I have never taken a Prime subscription, but since December 2024, Edreams discounted me automatically from my personal bank account - without my permission.
2. In December 2025, it happened again, and I want Edreams to stop discounting me immediately.
3. I have made a mistake, and somehow I authorized Edreams to discount me automatically from my bank account. I want to stop it immediately.
Thanks in advance.

Waiting to get a refund
you’ll have to forget about your money
I ordered a flight from them and I had to add luggage and they paid $170, and once I got to the airport, the lady said that I needed to pay again because Adrians didn't transfer the payment to them. I called more than 10 times to ask about my refund and the representative said that the refund should be in my account in 5 to 7 business days, and it was in June and I didn't get any money back from them.
It's so hard to get in contact with them and I really think about asking my lawyer. What can we do about it?

AVOID!!!!
After calling them during the last three weeks with my problem, I was assured about 10 times that I'll be refunded: wait 7 days, wait 72 hours more, wait a few days more. So 21 days later, they are still assuring me that my money will be back soon. When will that be? I have no money for tickets.
By the way, tickets that I wanted to book increased in price 2.5 times!
This is absolutely ridiculous! Edreams is trying to convince me that money was not charged for the tickets, yet my bank has a statement definitely saying the complete opposite—money was withdrawn, and there are statements to prove it.
Preferred solution: A refund of money, for the price the tickets are at this moment, as they have more than doubled in price since my purchase. Otherwise, a confirmation of my booking. I will not accept anything less as it’s not a fault on my behalf but the company’s.

I cancelled my eDreams Prime trial, and my account shows the membership is inactive. However, I was still charged twice and received no Prime benefits or services.
Charges taken: 30 December: 16.5 AUD + 16.99 AUD, 30 January: 16.5 AUD + 16.99 AUD
This is billing after cancellation and without service delivery.
I have sent a formal withdrawal and refund request to the company and asked for cancellation confirmation and a refund. I am also disputing the charges with my bank as unauthorized recurring subscription billing.
I request: full refund, billing explanation, permanent cancellation, removal of payment details, written confirmation.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. My bank resolved the issue after I involved the ombudsman.
Please note that edreams is a travel agency company and the website needs a lot of improvements. Your bookings may still need them to verify which may be risky for your payment.

I paid for tickets on EDreams I got no booking reference and no confirmation email and the money has left my account I booked return flights too. Please help resolve this matter urgently.

Edreams is just a manipulation. I became a member without knowing, just by buying a flight ticket, and it automatically made me a member from which I paid 100.
One year passed by, then again the second year they still didn't cancel, so I again paid, and they said enjoy this year, next year you cancel. Now I called them to cancel because I don't want to pay for something I don't need/don't use, and they just won't cancel it.
And the motto 'cancel flight for any reason' doesn't work. Once I booked a flight, and when I wanted to change it, Edreams said I have to contact the airline (Tuifly) because we don't have access to help you.

I'm looking for a ticket to Brazil. I found a good price on the Momondo site, but when I went directly to Edreams, the price went up.
Why? This is my fourth time trying to buy. Do you know why this happened?
The Momondo site says to ask you guys. Thanks; I'm waiting for a response, and that's not nice for the customer.
