For details see further down. Summarising, e-Dreams are not taking responsibilty as the travel represenatives, whom we paid and who failed to deliver usable tickets.
Concluding, eDreams cannot be relied upon for valid tickets, their website does not get updated with changes, they are difficult to reach and they have no accountabilty. It is best to AVOID eDreams and BOOK DIRECTLY with the airlines, who are more likely to be accounatble and resolve ticketing issues. Details: The day before travelling, our tickets could not be used because of a ticketing problem. We were randomly removed from the first leg of a six-leg return trip, so the whole tickets were useless.
e-Dreams failed to respond effectively and responsibly and their agents suggested we cancel the tickets and request a refund (or wait for them to find alternative flights within 7 days - this was a no-go for a prepaid 15-day trip, on the day before departure). We cancelled and rebought tickets at premium prices from a local agent, at great cost and under extreme stress the evening before departure. The airlines are not taking responsibilty,as they direct us to our travel represenative, eDreams. From 27/09/2024 to date (11/12/2024), after great difficulty to reach them, eDreams have not refunded, using the excuse that they are waiting for the airline's response.
They got paid for non-usable tickets; they are the travel represenatives. No accountabilty for a simple transaction that had to be cancelled due to no fault of ours.
User's recommendation: AVOID eDreams, not to be trusted. Book directly with the airlines or a travel agent who can be relied on.

No accountability for tickets that could not be used and that had to be cancelled the day before travelling. eDreams could not resolve a ticketing problem (airline-related) that arose the day before departure; they were difficult to reach and unprofessional.
Their solution the day before departure was to either give them 7 days to find alternative flights (a no-go for a 15-day prepaid trip with many transits) or to cancel the tickets and get refunded. We chose the second option and then re-bought the tickets for the same trip at a premium and under great stress from a local agent, the night before departure.
The airlines since, direct us to our travel representative, eDreams for refund of the original tickets, but eDreams from 27/09/2024 to date (11/12/2024), after great difficulty to reach them, have not refunded yet, claiming that they are waiting for the airlines' response. This is unprofessional, irresponsible and there is no accountability for a product, bought and paid for to eDreams, which they did not deliver.

Verified ReviewerEDreams Fraudulently Debiting Credit Cards/Debit Cards Saved on Booking Platform
I am very disappointed with the Dreams flight booking platform. I booked a flight from OR Tambo on 2nd on October 2024 from O R Tambo International Airport to Harare Zimbabwe and paid for the flight ticket scheduled to depart on the 9th of Oct using my standard bank debit card.
To my surprise on the 1st of November 2024 eDreams debited my account with R195 using my debit card details which i believe they saved them on their flight booking platform. I never subscribed to be a member of services they may be providing apart from the flight ticket I bought neither have i authorise them to use my debit card details to debit my account. This is a serious scam and I think eDreams is in the business of scamming and defrauding unsuspecting customers.
I called eDreams and spoke to a guy who told me his name is Sahil on (+27) 2* *** **** who foolishly through his teeth told me that by virtue of me purchasing a flight ticket on their platform i automatically become a subscribing member who should be debited R195 every month.
I never applied for such nonsense to become subscriber neither have i authorized debiting of my bank account.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL EDREAMS TO STOP DEFRAUDING AND SCAMMING UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS PLEASE. TO ALL POTENTIAL PASSENGERS WISHING TO BOOK FLIGHT TICKECTES PLEASE DO USE eDreams UNLESS IF YOU ARE READY TO THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE AND YOU ARE WILLING TO DONATE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS

Please cancel Prime subscription on eDreams for account with email address: minastojiljkovic90@***.com as soon as possible. I am trying to cancel the subscription via the app - nothing happens.
I am trying to get an answer by calling one of your support centers - no one picks up after waiting for minutes for someone to pick up. I also tried to log in to my account on the lap top - it is not possible as it keeps redirecting to the app.
It is outrageous that your company does not offer a working option for a member to contact your customer service/support, let alone to cancel their subscription.
I except an answer as soon as possible or I will escalate this to my lawyer for further assistance with the matter. I do not want to get charged for a membership that I want to cancel due to not being able to cancel it.

I booked my flight ticket on October 13th from Cairo to Milan through Edreams with airline booking reference no 7703**** and Booking ID #192********.
I missed my flight as the time changed 1hr in advance and i didnt received an email from your side before to show the time was modified.
So I was so disappointed and I paid almost 300 $ to get another flight on Egyptair at the same day.
I lost money, time and energy !
I need a compensation as I wont accept what happened.

As you can see from the screenshots that I sent, I called the hotel that I booked at prior to being there to make sure they had late check-ins. When I arrived, there were two employees that either refused to check me in or couldn't check me in because it was through eDreams.
I did not stay one night at that hotel, not a single one, and you can see me walking down the street at 1 AM in the morning, carrying my luggage past a shady area that I am not familiar with. I had to pay for 42 hotel rooms throughout that entire stay because of this mess.
Please call me when you get this, so I can better explain. 317-362-****.

Hello, we booked a flight through your website from Tel Aviv to Madrid. Reference 196******* (* passengers, 27/12-1/1).
Iberia 1872, 18:30 on 27/12/2024. Iberia 1871, 11:40 on 1/1/2025. Passengers: Levy & Furer. On November 6th, we received an email cancelling the flight by Iberia due to restrictions beyond our control.
We have asked to cancel both flights as there is no way to get back from Madrid without the option of getting there in the first place. Meanwhile, our plans have changed. We would like to be reimbursed for the total amount of both flights, valued at 1432.48 and not 700.
Iberia does not reply back as the order was placed through Edreams and not through Iberia directly. We are waiting for your reply as we don't want to throw money away without receiving any service in return!
