eDreams - Completely disappointed...
It has been a terrible couple of months. I have been on the phone for HOURS trying to get EDreams to find me a new flight to replace the one that has been cancelled.
Talking from agent to agent, but no real plan. The first time they told me to wait 2 weeks and I would receive my new booking confirmation. This never happened. I called back, and they told me exactly the same thing.
Now it's been 3 months and my ''cancelled'' flight is soon. But no news from EDreams. I EVEN took the insurance AND the flexible dates option. And now, because of the whole corona virus situation, EDreams even REFUSES to answer calls.
HOW is this a good customer service?? I am completely disappointed. I paid 1100 euros for this whole trip.
DO NOT trust this website, it is a complete scam, so unless you are booking a near-date and cheap ticket from them, do not even try to use EDreams.. I definitely regret trusting their service.
User's recommendation: Do not book with EDreams.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
