If I could give zero stars, I would.
eDreams charged my card $4.99 without clear authorization, then conveniently sets you up for additional charges a few months later unless you catch it in time. That is not transparency, that is a trap.
Customer service is slow, frustrating, and designed to make cancellation harder than it should ever be.

A subscription should not feel like a scavenger hunt to escape. If a company is confident in its service, it does not need to rely on sneaky billing tactics.
I have requested to cancel, which I thought I did months ago, and demanded a refund, and I will dispute any future charges with my bank. Be extremely careful before entering your card information here. Read every line twice.

Then read it again.
There are plenty of travel sites that do not rely on questionable subscription practices. Save yourself the headache and choose one of them.

I've contacted your 021300**** number for a week, asking to cancel my subscription with no one answering my calls, just stupid remote talking in the background for over 20 minutes, wasting my airtime. I want you to cancel ASAP.

Unable to contact customer service over the days
It was a. Important call to discontinue Taking $10.9 every month for 7 month from my direct debit account.
Finally my bank seems to have solved it and someone sent me 7 replacement of those 7 month
My worry is that what am I supposed to do if your company continues doing that? I. EVER ARRANGED SUCH A PAYMENT WITB YOUR COMPANY$&@/?
