eDreams - Dont go to banana bay resort and marina Marathon florida

First time to the keys we booked a 6 days in marathon at this pretty resort that I found online

We Arrived at the Resort ,

At the reception they try to charge me twice for the 27 $ per night that i had already pay on my online booking , and i had the full email with the receipt and still the guys was insisting of charging me again . that made me very uncomfortable.

They the ask for 50 $ deposit , that they will return the day we leave . We arrived at the room ,looked fresh simple and pretty had all we wonted .

As soon we had a shower i start seeing 100 of ANTS in the bathroom , we were tired of the drive and didn't pay attention to it .

We put the no disturb sign and we being woken up by the Hotel Maids screaming and shouting in Spanish talking in the corridor more screaming from one room to the another and not letting us sleep

So no much of a vacation if you being woken up at 8 am by this lady's screaming and laughing .

Every day the same i even ask if they could let us sleep we ask them to please be Moore Quiet .... but it seam they didn't understand

Our bedroom and our bathroom where full of little Spiders ( so no only the Ants )

And we got Beaten by it . Our body's full of insect bites

I ask if they had same insect repellent for the room , and they answer was is because of the trees .

So i went to wall green and got it my self and spray it in the room .

But they keep coming back

We didn't stay that much at the resort after this and we try to get out as much as we can .

So one of our last night we went to the swimming pool it was after 9 pm ,

We stayed for about a hour , when we were leaving the pool My feet was wet so one of my flip flops came of so i put my hand in a not sure what it was and burn my self . Toke my car rush to tge pharmacy got the burn medicine and spray it over my hand , the pain was so bad .

The day after i went to look at what this was , it was a generate just next to the pool entrance with no signs what so ever that this could be hot and also no warning .

I went and made a complaint to the reception and they just didn't care ,

We left the hotel and found another place in key west and stays there instead

. Now after all of this they after all of this they never return the 50 $ deposit to my card

This vacation is being a nightmare and the costumer service made my vacation *** , i wanted to cry every day , i stay there
