NEVER BOOK HERE

Put me on hold for twenty minutes, didn't even try to help me. Told me they could not confirm my booking and never contacted me for more information.

I even checked my spam folder like they tell you to and I only had TWO PROMOTIONAL emails there, nothing of value! Interrupted me on the phone, cut me off, told me there was nothing they could do. NO guest resolution, nothing.

I am not typically this person, I've worked in hospitality for five years and understand that things happen, but this company is way out of hand. I will never, never book from here if they're even around long enough.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $960.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
