I had my flight cancelled by Pegasus airlines , it was booked through Edreams .
I requested a refund straight away .
Then I contacted Pegasus airlines a week later and it was confirmed by them refund has gone back to edreams , and have a web confirmation stating that .
I contacted Edreams again staying that the airline has issued the money back to you so why are you not returning my refund .
Got loads of lies and fairytales saying we waiting on the airlines to start refund process . Absolutely lies when the airline already confirmed to me that they refunded the money back to Edreams .
Edreams is just holding onto my refund .
I can't contact them , phone lines in UK have shut down , never reply to email .
Where do I stand ?
On my booking just states same thing refund has been requested no new updates
Also the date on the refund request is not accurate I requested the refund 2weeks before the stated date on their system . Another lie
Absolutely disgusting behaviour , appalling company , can't see this company surviving and with that all of us losing our money .
