tickets were purchased on march 4th so family can fly out to Algeria. Edreams did not process tickets in time.

Having trouble getting refund back. on the 4th of March I Nacera Dennai mcginnis purchased tickets for my mom and sister to fly out of Germany to Algeria from the company named EDREAMS. When my mother maid it to the airport Edreams did not process the tickets in time for them to fly out, but the did charge my debit card for the purchase of the tickets for $1,583. When this was found out I canceled my tickets with Edreams, they guaranteed that they would refund my money in 2-3 days.

3 days later they did not refund the money back into my account. 2 weeks have passed now and 5 plus more phone calls to the company Edreams and they have not yet refund me my money. there response is that it has been elevated and the money will be refunded into my account within 48 hours. the customer service has told me that same line more than 3 times now and I still have not received my refund.

they guaranteed they would send me a confirmation email stating I will be refunded within 48 hours and I have yet to receive an email from them. I fill hopeless now because every time I call I get the same promises from customer service and 48 hours later NO REFUND.

even on one occasion I recorded are conversation with them to have proof of there false promises. they have the worse customer service I have ever dealt with, why would you have workers make guarantees and not promises them

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $1583.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

eDreams Cons: Steal money from you, No refund.
