New ReviewerIt was resolved by 5 minutes phone call with Egypt air which I paid 1/8 of what eDreams asked me to pay.
Customer service representative wasted my time then transfered me to another customer service representative which also couldn't solve it and finally transfered me to a there'd one that instead of asking for 30$ or 33$ as was mentioned on the email but she asked for 240$ of course I refused and the process took 38 minutes of roaming phone call with is more than 25$ and finally I called Egypt air customer service they only asked for 30$ to change my booking also sound was very week and I hardly could hear all three customer service representatives it was a very bad experience and I will never repeat it again
User's recommendation: Don't deal with eDreams.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
