eDreams - Fraudulent Website – Took 1900 $, Never Confirmed Tickets

New ReviewerOn August 12, 2025, we sent an email to 'serviceclientprime-uk@***.edreams.com'. They replied that if they collected the payment (and they did because we have proof of the transaction made to their account) they will refund within 10 days. We are still waiting for their email in this regard till Friday August 22.
We booked two plane tickets, for urgent matters (Death of a family member), through www.edreams.com from Dalaman to Istanbul, then to Beirut on Monday, July 28 at 7:30 AM with a flight scheduled at 14:20 PM.
We paid 1900 $ for two adults online payment. However, we never received any ticket confirmationnot on the same day, not later, not ever.
Despite paying the full amount, we were left with no boarding check in, no confirmation email, and no customer support to help us.
As a result, we missed our flight and suffered significant stress and financial loss.
This website is a scam in every sense. They are stealing peoples money in a contemptible and shameless way.
To make matters worse, they also have a mobile application, giving a false sense of legitimacy.
We are extremely upset and warn others: DO NOT USE eDreams DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY
This is not just poor serviceits outright fraud. We demand a full refund and will be reporting this company to consumer protection authorities.
