I had booked a flight yesterday and I needed to cancel the booking. I have tried to contact with you several several times but I cannot due to the difficulties in contact with you.

I called you several times then I sent 2 emails (although thereโ€™s no contact with email but I lost the hope in calling you!!) but still no way. And when you respond to me, you refused to cancel the booking freely because the same day has passed out!!!
