Had to cancel flights because eDreams rebooked us to return on the wrong date
We booked our flight with eDreams in Dec. 2023 to fly from Ottawa to Tampa return leaving March 23, and returning April 6, 2024. Subsequently I got a notice from eDreams that our carrier Porter had cancelled our flight home on the 6th, called eDreams to rebook our flight on the 6th, when I didnt receive confirmation of the rebooked flight I called them to find out, not only had they not sent me the confirmation but they had booked me back on the 8 , and not the 6th, at that time they were unable to find a flight on the 6th, and since I had to be back on the 6 rh, they said they could not cancel just one way but I had to cancel the whole booking, they reassured me before I cancelled that I would receive a full refund within 72 hours of that conversation, at this time time which is April 5, 2024 I have not received that refund, please respond to my complaint in a timely fashion with a full refund, or I will be taking further action at this time.
