i had a booking with you last year and it must have ended in my JUNK folder as i cannot find it and therefore do not have the booking number. I did not worry about it at the time as i had the flights in my aerlingus app.
The flights were cancelled due to COVID and Aerlingus sent edreams a reimbursement which i wouild like to have. They could not reimburse me directly as the booking was made by edreams.
The flights were either booked under mairead.noae@***.de or noaemairead@***.com.
The flights were:
MUC-DUB on June 11th 2020 - Aerlingus booking code 2ayrxb - aerlingus refund case number is 621****.
DUB-MUC on June 15th 2020 - Aerlingus booking code 2m7dif - aerlingus refund case number is 621****.
Travelers were Mairead Noae (me) and Susanne Veller.
I paid for the flights and would like my refund to the same method of payment used when paying for the flights.
I have (twice) completed the online form requesting to be send my missing booking reference (the gate-keeper to your service hotline) but never recieved anything,
