In October 2019, we booked tix for end of August with Edreams and paid for 'cancel for any reason' insurance. We notified them on July 8, 2020 that we were cancelling our tickets and they responded with an email acknowledging they received our request and they would update us on the status-today I spoke with a 'service rep' named Anukriti who denied they'd ever received a request and that we'd asked for vouchers--LIKE THAT MAKES SENSE?

I have the email and upon checking Edreams website for status, THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING WITH OUR REQUEST SINCE WE FILED IT. We inquired with the individual airline who stated they do not issue refunds for third party vendors.

Now they say the ticket is 'expired' because its over a year since purchase. THEY ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN--we did business with them many time but NEVER AGAIN--VA

User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS--RIPOFF!
