We booked 7 tickets through eDreams but our flights were cancelled due to the Corona Virus travel ban and they refunded eDreams since thats where we booked our tickets from. Called them literally 15 times, they kept on asking for a cancellation email, which wont be sent to us BECAUSE WE BOOKED OUR TICKETS THROUGH THEM.

I told them to go to the airlines website and try to check the status of our flights for themselves, and they still kept asking for a cancellation email. Wth. We had to be on hold for literally not less than 30 minutes each time we call for an agent and when they pick up, they place you on hold again for a loooong time. So our minimum call time would be 1 hour and 15 minutes!

And still no resolution, no refund, no anything!

They also have agents who would hang up on you when they no longer know what to do. Horrific worst customer service in the world!
