Don't reserve flights with eDreams. The worst services I received ever from travel services company.
My flights that I reserved by eDreams were canceled by the airline in May. I wrote to eDreams from May many emails, whatsup and mire. Only robots answers. No real answers when I will receive my money back.
I to call them several times no answers.
I bought my business ticket by eDreams and my wife tickrt by Amsalem.
Not only that, but I received the money for my wife ticket from Amsalem tours long time ago, but from eDreams - nothing. Furthermore, I can't talk to them - only robots answers. Its written all the time that my request is in processing.
I wrote them so many times by emails, whats up and more, nothing. A good way to keep costumers with eDreams...
I'm asking for a clear and simple answer when I will receive my money back?
