i should have look at review in advance before using edreams.
booked two flights one to singapore to jakarta, and the way back from jakarta to singapore. And i have been so dumb to add also luggage fee and an insurance....
The first ticket has never been emitted, therefore if I could not go to destination I would not be able to turn back.
never emitted but the payment has been taken in total, of course....
And then the mess trying to cancel the flight, 24 minutes on an intercontinental call without getting anyone, so i tricked the system asking on the website for my confirmation email, got at least an answer from customer care.
Nor that have been any positive solution of course, nor edreams have taken any responsibility.

the ticket from jakarta to singapore has been emitted but according to edreams rules they can't cancel it. i should talk to airasia, ask the amount that can be refunded, got a mail form airasia with the data and amount pass it to edreams....
And on top of that, i found out that even if I asked for luggage the ticket from singapore to jakarta was anyway a ticket without luggage, but there was no indication on the site that i was buying it only for one airline.
as a matter of fact i have to consider my money gone, a lesson to learn never use edreams anymore.
ai wrote the review because of poor customer service at Edreams. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $200 and wants Edreams to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was fraud, no refund policy, no support and non transparent charging. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
