How can I cancel my edreams prime which I didn’t even sign up for?

I need to cancel edreams and get my money back i got a meeasge from my bank that 59.99 dollars are gone and I didn’t even know There was no warning and I didn’t even sign up for it there was no option that I could click no pop up signs i just made a simple account to buy a ticket and bought that and thats it and after about 3 months my money is gone without any warning and how did they get my card details because I didn’t add that there or clicked an option for them to remember it or use it. It is kind of a robbery from my point of view i just need my money back.

This also happened to me. I never signed upp for prime and then 90 dollars was deducted from my account. Crazy!! It really is robbery. Did anyone get any refund from them at all?

The same happened to me, I only was aware of that when the notification of the purchase was already complete. This is a crime! The company can't charge a customer without him be consent and agreement to it. We have to make exposure of eDreams on social media, is the only way to have our money back without taking them to the law.

I've been using the app for several years now, and it hasn't let me down before, like this time. Without noticing, the app opened the prime option for me without my consent. In addition, they charged me over 50 euros for membership that I did not agree to. I will first ask to receive a refund, in addition until receiving the refund I will not use the application since I have lost trust in the company. Too bad

EDreams won't return your money, under ANY circumstances. I'm having the issue 12 months later, where they have tried to take a second payment, for a second year - I've not been on their website in this time, what so ever. There is nowhere to cancel, other than telephone (APPARENTLY), yet the FOUR contact numbers advertised do not work! 'WE ARE NO LONGER CONNECTING CALLS TO THIS NUMBER' - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, MAKE EVERYBODY AWARE - NEVER ACCESS THIS FRAUDLENT SERVICE.

Why did they take $59.99 from my bank account? I didn’t authorize or bought anything so, I’m trying to call and nobody seems to be answering.

When will I receive the confirmation of booking?

On 29th May I have placed the request for booking the flight (request number 720824****). Today is 31st May and I have not received yet the confirmation. I would need to know if it’s confirmed or not in order to know if I am ok with the flight or if i should search for other options.

According to eDreams refund policy you should:
  • login to Manage My Booking,
  • click Refunds,
  • follow on-screen instructions.

Otherwise, please contact eDreams customer support by phone at (650) 215-5189 as soon as possible. You will need to provide your booking reference.

According to Edreams refund policy if you need to cancel your flight arrangements, you should call Dreams Travel at 1-88*-658-1064. Refund will be only given if the tickets purchased is refundable. Non-refundable flights will not receive a refund.

No booking but all money taken from account

I booked today a ticket dar essalam cairo on Nov 2020 .. i got a ref code 673837**** in an email stating the request on process after one minute i have received another email :Unfortunately we couldn't complete your request Booking unsuccessful We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Don't worry, no funds were withdrawn from your bank account, and if a pre-authorisation was requested, it was cancelled. But I have checked with my bank money already sent to e dreams from my account!

I tried alot to manage a booking and it gave me an error saying it is not correct reference number. The total amount for the ticket was 238$ they deducted also more 30 $ !

Due to COVID-19 my fly was cancelled. (Booking# 663295****) i’ve paid for my flight ticket 859.14$ And was refunded only 32.19$ What is going on eDreamers, where is my full refund??????

Why my refound from April 2020 are still not fixed

Our two way flight started on 13.June.2020 from Split to London and canceled due to covid 19 pandemic.We claim already in April for refound.Whay still no any answer from edreams.

The refund is usually processed within 10 days. If the refund needs to be referred to the airline, it could take up to 3 months, or longer, to receive authorization back from the airline. According to Edreams FAQs if your flight has been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak, you will be offered to change your flight for a new date or destination, or you will qualify for a refund. To know all the options available to you, it’s best to contact the airlines directly.
