How can I cancel my edreams prime which I didn’t even sign up for?I need to cancel edreams and get my money back i got a meeasge from my bank that 59.99 dollars are gone and I didn’t even know There was no warning and I didn’t even sign up for it there was no option that I could click no pop up signs i just made a simple account to buy a ticket and bought that and thats it and after about 3 months my money is gone without any warning and how did they get my card details because I didn’t add that there or clicked an option for them to remember it or use it. It is kind of a robbery from my point of view i just need my money back.
How can I change the dates of my flight? I can't do it via the website or the app and I'm willing to pay more? And if I will cancel - how much refund I ll get?

When can I get the confirmed email?I didn't get the confirmation of the booking I'm trying to contact you but I can't get to you For how much time I should wait?
We r having the same problem we missed our flight cause they didn't send the confirmation number and in their app keep saying still processing and may take 24 hrs

EDreams won't return your money, under ANY circumstances. I'm having the issue 12 months later, where they have tried to take a second payment, for a second year - I've not been on their website in this time, what so ever. There is nowhere to cancel, other than telephone (APPARENTLY), yet the FOUR contact numbers advertised do not work! 'WE ARE NO LONGER CONNECTING CALLS TO THIS NUMBER' - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, MAKE EVERYBODY AWARE - NEVER ACCESS THIS FRAUDLENT SERVICE.

they won't return your money. I am having the issue 12 months later, where they have tried to take the payment again 12 months later. So how can I get my refund they charged me recently £59.99 on 12of June.
I recently got charged from edreams £59.99 on 12th of June so why is that I need to get refund back , I have booked my tickets earlier on with this company on last 13th of may £299.83 which was cleared soo please do contact me and refund me what you recently u charged me for .

Why is a 59.99 dollars on my bank account from your company.
Why did they take $59.99 from my bank account? I didn’t authorize or bought anything so, I’m trying to call and nobody seems to be answering.

When will I receive the confirmation of booking?On 29th May I have placed the request for booking the flight (request number 720824****). Today is 31st May and I have not received yet the confirmation. I would need to know if it’s confirmed or not in order to know if I am ok with the flight or if i should search for other options.

The same happened to me, I only was aware of that when the notification of the purchase was already complete. This is a crime! The company can't charge a customer without him be consent and agreement to it. We have to make exposure of eDreams on social media, is the only way to have our money back without taking them to the law.
I got the same problem, that sucks and I sent an email but it seems to be hopeless. I was charged 2 times per day as well, how can?

I've been using the app for several years now, and it hasn't let me down before, like this time. Without noticing, the app opened the prime option for me without my consent. In addition, they charged me over 50 euros for membership that I did not agree to. I will first ask to receive a refund, in addition until receiving the refund I will not use the application since I have lost trust in the company. Too bad
