It is with great disappointment that this mail is being created. I have booked a ticket from Kochi (COK) to Bahrain (BAH) via Dubai (DXB), scheduled on 11 November 2020.
It was quite unfortunate that I haven't made the journey as the airport authority haven't allowed to enter the airport because of the absence of a covid PCR test report.
It was quite unfortunate that I haven't been informed or alerted from the respective airline(AirIndia Express) or the booking agent (eDreams) that the same was mandatory to depart. Moreover I was also informed that the flight from Dubai to Bahrain (GulfAir- GF 509) has been cancelled.
Hence I have contacted AirIndia Express office at the airport for cancellation and they have forwarded to go through the respective travel agent (eDreams) for further cancellation process and refunds.
Therefore I request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest and refund the ticket.
Please note that the request for refunding of the cancelled airline (GF 509) has already been done, through 'manage booking'.

User's recommendation: Don't go for eDreams to book a ticket as you will be given a very poor service and irresponsible faculties.
