Good day,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent car rental booking, which was fully paid for in advance.
Upon arriving at the Hertz offices, I was informed that the vehicle could not be released to me due to a credit score issue. This information was never communicated to me at the time of booking or payment. As a result, I was left stranded with my children and without a vehicle, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
Given that the service was denied after full payment was made, I kindly request that a full refund be arranged as soon as possible.
Please confirm the refund process and timeline at your earliest convenience.

My son came early to the airport in Cape Town only to find out he needed a visa to transit in the UK. Now they have flagged him as a no-show, which is not right because he was there early.
I will have to complain and make this known to everyone traveling with BA because there was no compensation and nothing they did to help with anything. They should have asked for a visa when I made my booking. It's not always when we see the fine print. Now I spend over 15 thousand kroner for this travel, and to just lose it like that without any refund, even if my ticket was not a refund ticket, at least to get part of it back would have been some relief.
I paid extra to change to different dates and times, and I am supposed to change the ticket 24 hours before the flight, but how can one change within 24 hours if you only find out at the counter you needed a visa to transit in the UK? This is ridiculous what BA did and also the travel agent. I then had to buy a brand new ticket with another airline. I want to have feedback on this.
Could you at least rebook him to go back to Cape Town from Oslo on 22nd July 2026? Because his ticket allows him to change dates and times.
To at least, when making a booking with British Airways, and the airline knows you will need a visa just to transit in the UK, they should at least flag it when booking the ticket and inform the passengers before they come to the airport to get their visa. It's not clear and big enough on the information page because there is a lot of other stuff there that people normally overlook because it's so small.

This is the second time in a row you charged our card for Prime subscription despite cancelling it. You are big scammers and we are pissed.
Initially, at first place, I never clicked your ePrime service, and we are still charged for it. For the last 2 times, we are struggling.

I am tired of this. I even tried contacting you on social media.
Your customer service is very poor. I don't want to lie, but you say 24/7.

I spent hours trying to contact eDreams, eDreams support, eDreams customer service, and every time it was the same story: excuses, delays, and no refund.
This company wastes your time, your money, and your energy.
The booking experience is misleading, and once they have your money, eDreams does not care anymore.
I strongly warn everyone:
DO NOT BOOK with eDreams. Avoid eDreams.
Stay away from eDreams Prime.
Book directly with airlines instead of trusting eDreams.
One of the worst online services I have ever used. 1 star is still too much.

Simply avoid this company at all costs
I found out about a month ago. There was a very complicated way to finally get someone on the phone and on top of that, there was no phone number in Switzerland nor a free number. That call cost me another 60 francs! After that conversation, I received an email saying that my membership had been cancelled and I would not be charged again for the membership fee (9.99 USD a month).
Yet I have been charged again!
I have no option left but to cancel my card and have a new one issued by the bank. So much for e-dreams, better yet, e-nightmare!

I did not authorize or purchase an eDreams Prime subscription, yet 99.99 was charged from my card.
I have already cancelled the Prime membership, but your system does not allow me to remove my card from the account. This situation is unacceptable.
I am requesting that you:
1. Immediately remove my payment card from your system
2. Refund the 99.99 unauthorized charge
3. Confirm in writing that no further charges will be made
Please treat this as an urgent matter. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed through my bank to dispute the charge.

On October 16, 2025, I rented a car from Diyarbakır Airport with reservation number TR870717****90. Due to a name difference on the card I used to pay, my car was not delivered, I was not refunded, and I cannot reach eDreams.
As a consumer, I am a victim.
I expect this issue to be resolved quickly. #ConsumerGrief #RentingProblem

This also happens to me. Edreams is fraud and scammers. Be aware, once they have your banking details, the deduction monthly never stop
