I was double charged for an annual membership within 3 months of each other, and provided proof. However, the only response was, 'We can't find it in our system.' They kept referring back to 2023 even though I told them several times and showed them July 2024 and October 2024. I've disputed both charges; now they get nothing.

My PayPal balance was charged with fees that I did not authorize. I require a refund of all charges and confirmation of receipt of this email.

Your customer phone number is hard to locate and the hold time is unsatisfactory, for I waited more than 30 minutes without a response.

This charge will be reported to the correct authorities, and no other charges are to be debited. A full refund is required.

I booked my first flight on 16th of sep and after 4 days they send me an email saying your payment is declined. And I immediately actioned it by calling e dreams and the agent said it booking has been canceled and that will be refunded in 15 days also he said I have to immediately book another flight for the same date and hence I booked it.

Now comes a twist again edreams sends me another email saying I have booked another same details for the same time flight! Again they wanted me to reconfirm with the airline. I called the airlines virgin and they sent me the confirmation of my first booking reference was correct and was been paid and confirmed that I can Fly. So now the situation is am I really confirmed to fly for the same date if so then why I had to book second flight and paid twice.

For god sake why are you confusing your customers.

Please do explain me and do confirm my booking details accordingly and do send me the refunds of my second booking asap!!!

Dont rip off your loyal customers like this!!! Do make sure I am flying on 11 Oct 2024 at 8:25 to Syd.

We cancelled our booking from Manila to Toronto with booking number 187******** and we want to follow up on the refund. We also received an email from Eva Air stating that we were a no-show, when in fact, we cancelled our booking early on.

The passenger had all the documents need to travel and the airline asked for a Schengen visa. Algerians can travel to Oman and get a visa at the airport provided they 3 items and I got that confirmation from the Embassy of Oman in Washington, DC, US.

The agent did not want to accept it. The traveller had to get a visa and she needs to travel tomorrow.

I purchased a few tickets for $388 and then they stopped it and said due to high demands the price went up to $418 but when I got back to check for tickets, tickets are the same as I was just booking it for.

Unacceptable Service and complete lack of communication from eDreams

I am absolutely appalled by the service i received from eDreams. I had booked a return flight from the Phillipines, and without any prior notice, my flight was cancelled.

There was no email, no notification, or any form of communication to inform me of the issue.

As a result, I was left standed and had no choice but to pay triple the original price to book the same flight I had already paid for.

This is complete scandal.

To make matters worse, I have sent emails to eDreams seeking carification and a solution, yet i have received no response whatsoever. This level of customer service is siply dissastisfied with how my situation was handled.

I would highly advise others to be cautions when booking with eDreams, as their lack of communication and failure to address urgent issues is incredibly frustrating.

I had an accident on my way to the airport. I did make it to the airport, but the lady said to me your flight is at 1 am but threw me off. I thought she meant one in the afternoon, so I returned at noon.

I tried talking to Edreams to see if anything could be done, but they gave me the run around for four days just to inform me that I was out of luck

To eDream prime subscription The problem is My Visa card was used to book a flight for Mr. Ahmed Lanssari and for his eDream prime membership as well (which done by mistake), So, its now being a crime, how eDReam is accepting a Visa card to make/renew membership subscription for someone else?

My request is to cancel the subscription and refund me the deducted amounts and to contact Mr. Ahmed Lanssari as you now has his email address to correct his details and provide you with his own bank details. Referencing to our last call via +442086****66, your agent provided me with this email address: documents@***.edream.com to explain the situation: 1- last year, my visa debit card was charged 89.99 euro for eDream prime subscription renual, made by mistake, at that time I have contacted my bank branch AIB to refund me and they advice me to contact eDream to cancel the subscription and I did that online, cancellation was confirmed but no email confirmation received. 2- This year, same problem arise where 89.99 euro was taken from my account, and same thing my bank branch advised me to contact eDream by email and to wait for a couple of weeks so they can contact eDream on behalf of me as a client in order to get refunded.

3- Based on my phone calls with the above mentioned phone number I requested an email address and I was provided with this email address. 4- I hereby contacting you, eDream, to cancel the subscription and refund me the deducted amounts. Note the eDream account holder Mr. Ahmed Lanssari has contacted you and explained this situation as well, and I am here forwarding you the same email sent to you and cced to me from Mr.

Ahmed Lanssari. Abduladim Hmmier, The claimant Begin forwarded message: From: Ahmed Lanssari Date: 5 December 2024 at 20:21:05 GMT To: "documents@***.edream.com" , abduladim Hmmier Dear eDream prime membership: Account holder: Ahmed Lanssari, Belgian nationality, living in Spain, passport No. ES757329. Account email: hmmier@***.com.

The VISA debit card (ending with 2811, expiry date: 07/28, AIB bank) used to setup this account and to book the below mentioned flight belong to Mr. Abduladim Hmmier. Flight Eurowings · EW 9395 Dublin to Dusseldorf Tue, 10 Oct Mr. Ahmed Lanssari hmmier@***.com Airline reference VBS47Y eDream booking reference: 128892****3 75.87 Last year an amount of 89.99 was taken from his account for eDream account subscription renewal.

He has contacted his bank branch asking for refund as the eDream prime account does not belong to him but to me Ahmed Lanssari. The AIB bank advised him to cancel the subscription and he did through the online cancellation assigned by eDream ( the last massage says cancellation confirmed). Abduladim thought the problem that time was sorted until he found the same amount taken again Yesterday from his bank account. He has contacted his bank branch again as this time counted as fraud operation.

The fraud department advised him to contact eDream by email this time to enable them contact eDream seeking refund. Abduladim Hmmier requested through the phone number: +44 20 86****66 to provide him with an email address to explain and rise this issue officially and your agent gave him this email address (documents@***.edream.com). Mr. Abduladim Hmmier asked me to contact eDream using this email address to cancel the subscription and and refund him the money taken from his account.

Note: I have contacted eDream in the afternoon and was not successful as the agent on the phone was not able to resolve this issue for me. Now, I am facing a legal issue with Mr. Abduladim and his bank branch because I am using his card for personal subscription which was not my mistake as well. So please Kindly refund him the amount taken and to cancel my membership with eDream prime.
