I booked 6 flights for my sisters hen weekend but 9 hours due to flying i recieve a message in there edreams app on phone says sorry for inconvenience flights been cancelled as it was two in morning I couldn't contact them or Ryan air as closed I managed get through at 8 to be told flights had not been cancelled she said you are at airport I said No I'm not after reading that message I didn't risk being stranded at airport I am demanding a refund

I think it's disgusting way been treated by edreams I rang over 50 times to be told it's not there app when quite clearly it is

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Quality, Cancelled my booking without notifying me, Scam, Lack of human customer service, Non active e-mails, Refund policy, Wrong booking information, Price deception.
