I booked 6 flights for my sisters hen weekend but 9 hours due to flying i recieve a message in there edreams app on phone says sorry for inconvenience flights been cancelled as it was two in morning I couldn't contact them or Ryan air as closed I managed get through at 8 to be told flights had not been cancelled she said you are at airport I said No I'm not after reading that message I didn't risk being stranded at airport I am demanding a refund
I think it's disgusting way been treated by edreams I rang over 50 times to be told it's not there app when quite clearly it is
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $2000. The most disappointing about edreams customer care from Edreams was quality, cancelled my booking without notifying me and scam Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
