COVID-19 has obviously impacted any planned vacation plans. Canadians have been expressively told no-non essential travel is allowed.
I have called about my reservation 482487**** for myself and 2 other non family members and have inquired in order to get 3 separate vouchers as we will no longer have the ability to travel together based on work challenges.
when i spoke with an edreams agent they re telling me that the airline AER LIngus is the only one who can make this decision. I called AER LIngus directly today and they informed me this has to be done through Edreams
Why is this company trying to cheat me?
this reservation is almost $3000 and i am asking to have 3 separate vouchers created so my friends and i can travel on our own in the coming year.
The way companies treat customers especially during this pandemic will speak to their future sales. I am being lied to that the Airline is making the decision and the Airline is saying that they can"t do anything when i have booked through an agency
Rather than provide service i am being treated as an inconvenience
The cost of this pandemeic affects everyone but once its over i will definitely steer away from booking outside of the airline.
This is the time to care about each other not take advantage
