Booked three tickets on the Manchester to Houston Singapore Airlines flight. Way way before Covid caused flights to be cancelled.
Two adults and one child. Paid approx £1000 to opodo/edreams. Flights cancelled by singapore airlines. Edreams offer to get us a refund.
We say ok great. Wait many many months. Was contacted in last couple of days. Refund had been paid to you of approx £370.
While we accepted there would be some fees to pay £600 seems outrageous. We are even more upset as it was money given to us as a wedding gift by various guests.
I don't think we can book again now as I doubt we'll ever have enough money 'spare' to take our dream trip.
Have tried to contact them but as mentioned by many people its basically impossible. Numbers are disconnected or just wrong.
Full refund pls.
