We booked a holiday almost a month ago and have not as yet, had any confirmation of the hotel.Getting through on the telephone is a nightmare with the people not able to speak good English.
They say they couldn't get the outward flight but that the return flight is ok. As yet though being promised over and over again - we have not been given any details about the hotel they sold us.
On our last call they said as yet they had not sorted out the hotels for September and yet the holiday sold clearly gave us the hotel we wanted.BEWARE
