First experience and the last one with this unprofessional company. I booked a flight from Cape Town ( South Africa) to Buenos Aires (Argentina) with 2 stop overs, one in Johannesburg and one in San Paulo.

On the transfer San Paulo (Brazil) to Buenos Aires the flight was not on the departure list. Why???????? Because instead of Aerolinas Argentina the flight was provided from Go (Brazilian airline). Of course no info about this change, luckely i got to speak to a personel from the San Paulo airport that helped me.

On the way back i realize that the transfer flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town was booked one day before my arrival to Johannesburg. How can that happen?!?!?!?! Like the most of you, you try to call, no answer at all on all the numbers provided on the website for customer assistance.

That means that there is something wrong with their software or something else that has to do with computers ( im not a specialist ), means that this can happen with everybody that wants to book a flight with them. *** Company
